Terms:

a) The prices may be adjusted without advanced notice, which will be applied to orders confirmed after it.

b) Click here for Adverse Weather Arrangements. For a course or exam affected by bad weather, DQS-HK will reschedule the part of affected activities.

c) Free exam, retake(s), and certificate in pdf are specified in below sated service terms. Additional retake can be provided at HKD 300/person/time within 14 days after lecturing training end day. Certificate in hard copy can be provided at HKD 300/pc for a course with online exam.

d) The training materials are for use during our courses and exams only.

f) For a group buying course, the client can request it in a client-provided venue on preferred dates, with tutor’s travel expense billing to client.
