• Understand the Process Approach Methodology
• Understand Key Process Indicators for Processes Effectiveness
• Understand Risk Based Thinking in relationship to the standard
• Understand Documented Information requirements for Maintenance and Retention
• Understand the Value Add of Management Review and its influence on the Plan-Do-Check-Act Cycle
Prerequisites: Basic knowledge of a management system and knowledge of the standard is required. Requirements: Participants and required to bring a copy of ISO9001:2015 and ISO/TS9002:2016 Standard to this class.
